The General Assembly resolution dated  August 11, 2025, regarding the election of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi as the Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2025 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered on August 13, 2025, and announced in Issue No. 11392 dated  August 13, 2025, of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
