Additional Explanations
The book building process for the green bonds to be issued for sale to qualified investors outside of Turkey within the format of "Rule 144A" and/or "Regulation S" has been successfully completed. As a result of the book building, demand amounting to apporoximately USD 1 billion was gathered. The nominal value of the notes to be issued is USD 550 million and the maturity of the notes will be 5 years. The proceeds of the issuance will be used for the refinancing of the Company's existing bond. The sale transaction is expected to be completed on 30 September 2025, following the Capital Markets Board approval for the tranche issuance certificate.
