Amendment to the Articles of Association regarding to put the elecronic board of directors into practice and other amendmends were registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 28.05.2020 and the current version of the Company's Articles of Association is attached

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Elektronik Yönetim Kurulu düzenlemesinin uygulamaya konulmasına ve diğer değişikliklere ilişkin esas sözleşme tadili İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğünce 28.05.2020 tarihinde tescil edilmiş olup Şirket Esas Sözleşmenin güncel hali ekte sunulmaktadır.
