In our Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcements dated 30.10.2021 and 17.02.2021, it was announced that an administrative fine was imposed on five chain markets, including our Company and one supplier company by the Competition Authority, and the fine conveyed to our Company was paid as 718,596,896 TL by taking advantage of the 25% early payment discount, without prejudice to any objection right.

Annulment case with a request for stay of execution against this penalty decision of the Competition Authority was filed in the relevant Administrative Court on 18.03.2022.
