Company's Board of Directors decided at its meeting dated 30.01.2025; to amend the Article 4 of the Company's articles of association, titled "Purpose and Subject Matter". The relevant application was made to the Capital Markets Board on 10.02.2025. After obtaining the relevant permissions from Capital Markets Board and Ministry of Trade and completing all legal procedures, amendment will be submitted for approval of shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
