On March 12, 2025, it was announced that our Company's Board of Directors had resolved to establish a joint-stock company with a capital of TL 250,000, in which our Company would be the sole shareholder, to enable our brand FİLE, which currently operates in the food retail sector under a separate organizational structure, to operate as a separate company.

The establishment procedures of the said company have been completed, and the company has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under the name "FİLE Market Mağazacılık Anonim Şirketi".

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
