Due to 100% bonus issue, the dividend amounts per share have been updated accordingly.
In calculating the cash dividend, the principle of "1 TL nominal value = 1 share = 1 lot" is used. A cash dividend of gross = net 7.0 TL per 1 TL nominal share will be paid to shareholders whose dividend income is not subject to withholding tax. For other shareholders, a gross dividend of 7.0 TL and a net dividend of 5.95 TL per 1 TL nominal share will be paid.
The cash dividend distribution will be made in three installments. The first installment will be distributed as gross 2.0 TL per share starting from 17.06.2026, the second installment as gross 2.5 TL per share starting from 16.09.2026, and the third installment as gross 2.5 TL per share starting from 16.12.2026.
In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
