Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 05.04.2022 tarih ve 2022/5 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ile;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği ve II-19.1 sayılı Kar Payı Tebliği uyarınca hazırlanmış olan ve şirketin internet sitesinde yer alan Bağış ve Yardım Politikası'nda değişiklik yapılmasına ve söz konusu politikanın işbu açıklamanın ekinde yer alan şekliyle belirlenmesine,
Politikanın isminin "Bağış ve Sponsorluk Politikası" olarak değiştirilmesine,
Bağış ve Sponsorluk Politikasının yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul toplantısında, ayrı bir gündem maddesinde pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına,
SPK'nın özel durumların kamuya açıklanmasına ilişkin düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde kamuya duyurulmasına ve Şirket Kurumsal internet sitesinde yayınlanmasına karar verilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamanın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

With the Board Decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 05.04.2022 and numbered 2022/5 it has been decided;

To amend the "Donation and Aid Policy", which was prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II.17.1 and the Dividend Communiqué No. II-19.1, available on the company's website, and to determine the said policy as in the annex to the explanation,
To change the name of the policy to "Charitable Donations and Sponsorship Policy",
To submit the " Charitable Donations and Sponsorship Policy" to the approval of the shareholders in a separate agenda item at the first General Assembly meeting to be held.
To announce to the public within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's regulations regarding the public disclosure of material events and to publish on company's website,
