In the PDP statement made by our company on 14.09.2022, our company stated that a memorandum of understanding is executed by and between our company, Biotrend Çevre ve Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş., and UOP LLC which is one of the group companies of Honeywell International Inc. (NASDAQ: HON) with respect to the purpose of cooperation for putting Honeywell UpCycle Process Technology into operation in a plastics recycling facility in the capacity of 30,000 tons per year that is planned to be established in Turkey under our Company or one of its subsidiaries.

Preliminary engineering (FEED-front end engineering design) and feasibility studies on the plastic recycling facility planned to be established between our company and UOP LLC, one of the Honeywell International Inc. group companies, continue .

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
