Within the scope of the share buyback decision initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 14.02.2023, our company bought back shares with a nominal value of 200,000 TL from the price range of 14.15-14.48 TL per share (average 14.3037 TL) in Borsa Istanbul on 16.02.2023.

As a result of the transactions performed today, the nominal value of our Company's shares has reached 300,000 TL, and the ratio of repurchased shares to the capital has reached %0.06. Transactions were added to the detail table of buyback transactions.
