Osman Nuri Vardı, who has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO in our company, will leave his position as the CEO as of 3 April 2023 and will continue his duty as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. We would like to thank Mr. Osman Nuri Vardı for his work and valuable contributions to our Company during his duty as CEO. After Mr. Osman Nuri Vardı, Mr. Özgür Umut Eroğlu will assume the CEO position as of 3 April 2023. We wish Mr. Özgür Umut Eroğlu success in his new position.

Mr. Özgür Umut Eroğlu, who has more than 20 years of international experience in the energy sector, graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Middle East Technical University and completed his master's degree in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Middle East Technical University. As the previous CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of GAMA Power Systems Inc.; Mr. Eroğlu has taken place and gained experience in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Russia and CIS countries for more than 20 years, and he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Enerpion Enerji Sistemleri Yatirim ve Taahhüt A.Ş.
