Within the scope of the share buyback decision initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 14.02.2023, our company bought back shares with a nominal value of 139,853 TL from the price range of 13.75 -14.00 TL per share (average 13,8716 TL) in Borsa Istanbul on 11.05.2023.

As a result of the transactions performed today, the nominal value of our Company's shares has reached 439,853 TL, and the ratio of repurchased shares to the capital has reached %0.09. Transactions were added to the detail table of buyback transactions.
