As stated in our material event disclosure dated 29.03.2023,

i) License Agreement

ii) Guarantee Agreement

iii) Main Equipment Supply Contract was concluded between Biotrend İleri Dönüşüm ve Yenilenebilir Enerji Teknolojileri Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, a subsidiary of our Company, and UOP Limited (" Honeywell UOP Limited "), a group company of Honeywell International Inc.

In addition, with the Presidential Decree dated November 24, 2023 and numbered 7885 which is published in the Official Gazette dated November 25, 2023, it was decided to grant project-based state aid and incentives to the Naphtha substitute recycling pyrolysis oil production facility investment to be realized by our Company's subsidiary Biotrend İleri Dönüşüm ve Yenilenebilir Enerji Teknolojileri Sanayi A.Ş. in İzmir province.

Considering the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) conditions for the structuring of the project and the ongoing project financing studies for maintenance and repair services, in line with the previously signed protocols, the ultimate agreement with respect to realisation of the project  isconcluded between Honeywell UOP Limited and Biotrend İleri Dönüşüm ve Yenilenebilir Enerji Teknolojileri Sanayi Anonim Şirketi for the realization of the project.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
