At the General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 13.06.2024, the resolution regarding the selection of RSM Turkey Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. as the independent audit firm for the audit of the financial reports of our Company for the fiscal year 2024 was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 24.07.2024 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 24.07.2024 and numbered 11128.
