Biotrend Ayvacık Yenilenebilir Enerji Elektrik Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş (" Subsidiary "), a 100% subsidiary of our company, has been contacted by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (" EMRA ") for the "Ayvacık Landfill Gas Electricity Generation Facility" (" Project "), which has a pre-license. It was stated that the production license was granted to the Subsidiary by the decision of EMRA dated 01.08.2024 and numbered 12781-1.

The relevant decision was notified to the Subsidiary on 07.08.2024 and the Subsidiary was granted a production license to be valid until 29.04.2040.

The Project is related to a facility to be established in Ayvacık district of Çanakkale province to engage in generation activities based on renewable energy sources. The facility will consist of 3 units of 1,455 MWm / 1,414 MWe each, with a total installed capacity of 4,365 MWm / 4,242 MWe.

The English version of this public disclosure has been attached therein. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
