In our disclosure dated 09.10.2024 on "About Subsidiary Capital Increase", the capital amount was mistakenly announced incorrectly and the disclosure has been corrected and shared again.

The capital of, İzmir Doğu Star Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., whose shares all belong to our Company, has been increased from 13.000.000 TL to 150.000.000 TL by increasing 137.000.000 TL.  And also, it has been decided that capital increase amount will be covered from our Company's receivables from İzmir Doğu Star Elektrik Üretim AŞ. The capital increase was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 07.10.2024 and numbered 11180.

English translation of this Disclosure is shared and in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
