Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna başvurumuz 19.03.2021 tarihinde onaylanmış olup, çıkarılmış sermayenin 500.000.000 TL olduğunu gösteren esas sözleşmemizin Sermaye ve Payların Türü başlıklı 6. maddesinin yeni şekli 23.03.2021 tarihinde Bursa Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü'nce tescil edilmiştir.
