Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna başvurumuz 22.03.2022 tarihinde onaylanmış olup, çıkarılmış sermayenin 1.500.000.000 TL olduğunu gösteren esas sözleşmemizin Sermaye ve Payların Türü başlıklı 6. maddesinin yeni şekli 25.03.2022 tarihinde Bursa Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü'nce tescil edilmiş olup, 31.03.2022 tarihinde Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.
