2024 yılını; Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları (TMS) esas alınarak Şirketimiz tarafından hazırlanan ve SUN Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 484.325.061 TL Ana ortaklığa ait konsolide net dönem kârı; Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) kayıtlarına göre ise, (191.021.775,93) TL cari yıl Net Dönem Zararı enflasyon düzeltmesi sonucu oluşan "Geçmiş Yıl Zararları" hesabına aktarılmıştır.

Şirketimizin S.P.K. Seri: II-14.1 Tebliğ'e göre Net Dönem Karı 484.325.061 TL olup, Net Dönem Karına ve yıl içindeki 44.413.041,17 TL bağışların ilavesinden sonra 528.738.102,17 TL. Dağıtılabilir Net Dönem Karına ulaşılmaktadır.

28.03.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Ortaklar Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı sonucunda;

Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı ile Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin ilgili kâr dağıtım maddesi ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri dikkate alınarak, Konsolide Net Dönem Kârından; Ortaklarımıza, 2024 yılı sonu oluşan Olağanüstü Yedek Akçelerden Brüt 100.000.000,00 TL. (ödenmiş sermayenin %6,66667'sı oranında, 1.-TL. nominal değerindeki 1 hisseye 0,06 TL.); Net 85.000.000,00 TL. (ödenmiş sermayenin %5,67'si oranında, 1.-TL. nominal değerindeki 1 hisseye 5,67 TL. ) temettü dağıtılmasına, nakit kar payı dağıtılmasının 18.06.2025 tarihinde başlanması için karar verilmiştir.
