Porsche AG, Stuttgart, has announced to Bertrandt Aktiengesellschaft that it aspires to a strategic cooperation with it. Negotiations are to commence later this month. Porsche’s decision to approach this company was made in light of the growing business relationships between the two companies. According to a statement by Porsche, orders in a volume in the upper tens of millions will be placed with Bertrandt within the next few days. This order will constitute one of the largest development order the sports car manufacturer has made with an external engineering services provider.
