Change in the Board of Directors With the resolution number 5, taken on 10 February 2017, Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş.'s (CCI) Board of Directors decided to cancel the first degree signature authorization of Mr. Robin Michael Goetzsche and carry out the related official actions due to his resignation from the Board of Directors.  Mr. Robin Michael Goetzsche was elected from among the candidates nominated by the majority of Group (A) shareholders as a "Board Member" of CCI.
