Debt Instrument Issuance – CMB Approval
As announced on 26 July 2017, the application filed with the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) for the approval of the issuance certificate regarding issuance and sales of the debt instruments abroad pursuant to Capital Markets Law no: 6362 and the Communiqué VII-128.7, was approved in the CMB's meeting dated 11.08.2017 and numbered 31/1039. This was announced in the weekly bulletin of CMB, dated 11.08.2017, numbered 2017/29.
The approved relevant issuance certificate, notified by the CMB with the cover letter dated 11.08.2017, numbered 29833736-100-E.9580 is attached.
