Appointment of an Independent Audit Company In line with the Audit Committee's evaluation and the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Independent Audit, on March 21, 2018, Coca-Cola İçecek's (CCI) Board of Directors resolved to appoint DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (A Member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited) to audit our Company's 2018 financial statements. It was also decided to submit the appointment resolution for the approval of the General Assembly.
