Buna göre;
Ortaklarımıza, 2017 yılı karından brüt 5.939.742,91 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 5,88235'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 5,88235 Kr); net 5.048.781,48 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 5,00'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 5,00 Kr) tutarındaki Nakit Kar Payının en geç 28.08.2018 tarihinde dağıtılması, S.P.K. göre kalan kardan 89.095,89 TL'nin İkinci Tertip Yasal Yedek Akçe ayrıldıktan sonra, 80.247.318,79 TL'nin Olağanüstü Yedek Akçe olarak ayrılması genel kurulca kabul edilmiştir.
