Yönetim Kurulumuzun 16.02.2022 tarih 2022 / 09 no'lu toplantısında;

Şirketimizin S.P.K. Seri: II-14.1 Tebliğ'e göre Net Dönem Karı 403.327.293 TL olup, 19.382.588,44 TL 1.Tertip Yasal Yedek Akçe düşüldükten sonra, 383.944.704,56 TL Net Dönem Karına ve yıl içindeki 71.572 TL bağışların ilavesinden sonra 384.016.276,56 TL Dağıtılabilir Net Dönem Karına ulaşılmaktadır.

Buna göre,

Ortaklarımıza, 2021 yılı karından brüt 28.048.802,24 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 27,7778'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 27,778 Kr); net 25.243.922,02 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 25'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 25 Kr) tutarındaki Nakit Kar Payının 16 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde dağıtılmasının, S.P.K.' na göre kalan kardan 2.300.001,82 TL'nin İkinci Tertip Yasal Yedek Akçe ayrıldıktan sonra, 353.595.900,50 TL'nin Olağanüstü Yedek Akçe olarak ayrılmasının Genel Kurula teklif olarak götürülmesine oy birliğiyle karar verilmiştir.
