Şirketimizin bugün yapılan Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında aşağıdaki karar verilmiştir.

Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) uyarınca hazırlanan ve PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2021-31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 1.050.394.723,00 TL konsolide dönem karı elde edilmiştir.

SPK Mevzuatına uygun olarak hesaplanan 2021 yılına ait 1.050.394.723,00 TL tutarındaki söz konusu konsolide dönem karı üzerinden, Esas Sözleşmenin 26. maddesi gereği ve SPK Tebliğlerine uygun olarak, Yasal Yükümlülükler ve Kontrol Gücü Olmayan Paylar düşüldükten sonra kalan 1.016.600.770,00 TL tutarındaki Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karının aşağıdaki şekilde dağıtılmasına,

Kar dağıtımının yukarıdaki esaslara göre yapılması neticesinde, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre hazırlanan yasal kayıtlarımızda yer alan Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı olan 406.700.088,04 TL'den; öncelikle Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu'nun 5/1-e maddesi hükmüne istinaden 202.612.058,58 TL gerekli yasal fonların ayrılmasına, kalan kısımdan yukarıda belirtilen 200.000.000,00 TL brüt kar payı dağıtılmasına ve kalan kısmın Olağanüstü Yedek olarak ayrılmasına,

Böylelikle 2021 yılı Karından 135.084.442,00 TL sermayeyi temsil eden pay sahiplerine hukuki durumlarına bağlı olarak 200.000.000,00 TL (Brüt) Kar Payının 31 Mart 2022 tarihinden itibaren nakden dağıtılması hususunun 29 Mart 2022 tarihinde yapılan 2021 yılı Olağan Genel Kurulu toplantısında karar verilmiştir.
