oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimizin Hollanda'da faaliyet gösteren iştiraki Sabanci Building Solutions BV (SBS)'nin yapı malzemeleri alanında geleceğin teknolojilerine yatırım yapma ve bu alanda teknoloji üreten şirket olma hedefleri doğrultusunda, Almanya'nın Münih şehrinde SBS BV'nin %100 oranında pay sahibi olduğu Sabanci Global Technology Center Gmbh (SGTC)'ın kuruluş ve örgütlenme işlemleri tamamlamış ve SGTC faaliyetine başlamıştır. Bu gelişmeyle birlikte SBS BV ana faaliyet konuları olan beyaz ve gri çimento, kalsiyum alimünat çimento (CAC) ve diğer sürdürülebilir yapı malzemelerinin küresel ticaretine ek olarak ilgili alanlarda araştırma ve geliştirme faaliyetlerine de başlamış bulunmaktadır. Münih Teknik Üniversitesi (Technische Universität München) kampüsünde kurulmuş olan SGTC, başta CAC olmak üzere, yapı malzemeleri alanında yenilikçi, çevresel ürün ve teknolojilerin geliştirilmesine dönük araştırma ve geliştirme faaliyetlerini yürütecektir. Bu faaliyetlerin SBS BV'nin yapı malzemeleri alanındaki global hedeflerini desteklemesi ve teknoloji üretimine öncülük etmesi hedeflenmektedir.		Sabanci Building Solutions BV (SBS), one of the subsidiary of our Company which operates in the Netherlands, has established and completed organisation procedures of Sabanci Global Technology Center Gmbh (SGTC) in Munich, Germany, to invest in future technologies in building materials sector and to become a technology producing company. SBS BV holds 100% share in the share capital of  SGTC and SGTC has started its operations. With this development, SBS BV has started research and development activities in related fields in addition to the global white and grey cement, calcium alimunate cement (CAC) and other sustainable building materials business. SGTC, established in the campus of the Technical University of Munich (Technische Universität München), will carry out research and development activities for the development of innovative, environmental products and technologies in the field of building materials, especially for CAC. These R&D activities will support SBS BV's global targets in the field of building materials and lead innovative technologies. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
