Regarding our public disclosure dated 06.01.2025, an application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board on 09.01.2025, requesting approval for the planned amendment to the Article 6 of our Company's Articles of Association to extend the validity period of the authorized capital ceiling to cover the years 2025–2029 and to increase the authorized capital ceiling from TRY 350,000,000 to TRY 10,000,000,000.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
