oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 6 numaralı maddesinde yapılması planlanan değişikliğe ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapmış olduğumuz başvuru 20.01.2025 tarihinde; Ticaret Bakanlığı İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yapmış olduğumuz başvuru ise 27.01.2025 tarihinde olumlu karşılanmıştır. Ekte yer alan Esas Sözleşme tadil tasarısı 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulacaktır.		Our application to the Capital Markets Board regarding the planned amendment to Article 6 of our Company's Articles of Association was approved on 20.01.2025 and our application to the Directorate General for Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade was approved on 27.01.2025. The attached draft amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted for the approval of our shareholders at the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly meeting. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
