Bu durumdan hareketle; otomotiv sektöründe faaliyetlerimizi etkileyebilecek nitelikte belirsizliklerin yaşanması ihtimali ve Şirketimizin büyüme politikaları doğrultusunda, elde edilen karın, dağıtılmayarak şirket bünyesinde tutulması genel kurulun onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir
