Our company has been informed that the General Assembly decision regarding the increase of the paid-in capital of our affiliate Doğuş Bilgi Islem ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. from 226,400,000 TRY to 241,881,000 TRY -with an increase of 15,481,000 TRY- has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office.
Our company will cover 3,368,054 TRY of the nominal value of the increased cash capital, provided that the 21.756% share of our company remains the same after the capital increase.
