Our company has agreed to purchase the shares of Doğuş Holding A.Ş., representing 93.6517% of Doğuş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.'s, -which operates in the field of "portfolio management consisting of real estate projects and real estate-based assets and rights"- total capital. For this purpose, an application will be made for the sale and transfer to be carried out in the Borsa Istanbul Wholesale Market. The transfer fee will be financed by our Company's internal resources and partly using bank financing.
