Since the purchase transaction of Doğuş Holding A.Ş. shares, which represents 93.6517% of the total capital of Doğuş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., is an intra-group transfer within the context of transfer transactions between legal entities acting together, as defined in Article 14, section (1), subsection (ç) of the Capital Markets Board Communiqué on Takeover Bids, an "obligation to launch a takeover bid" does not arise.
