The proposal regarding the distribution of the profit generated in the year 2022 in accordance with the legislation and the profit distribution table, and within the scope of the purposes and targets determined in our profit distribution policy, the determination of the amount of profit to be distributed in cash as 2,900,000,000 TRY, the distribution of the remaining amount of 2,000,000,000 TRY in cash after deducting the advance dividend payment of 900,000,000 TRY on November 14, 2022, and the authorization of the Board of Directors to determine the profit distribution date has been approved by the General Assembly.
