As a result of the negotiations on the sale of the real estate owned by our company, located at Bursa Province, Osmangazi District, Fatih Mahallesi, İstanbul Caddesi, N 327, and where our subsidiary Doğuş Oto Pazarlama ve Ticaret AŞ currently provides sales and after-sales services, to Arca Grup Otomotiv İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, an agreement was reached and the transfer of the property title deed was completed. Limited to the specified address, the sales and after-sales services of our subsidiary Doğuş Oto Pazarlama ve Ticaret AŞ will end as of June 30, 2023, and Arca Grup Otomotiv İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ will start operating as the authorized dealer and authorized service of the VW Passenger Car, VW Commercial Vehicle, Audi, Seat, and Cupra brands that we distribute, and also as DOD Authorized Dealer.
