The acquisition of 310,931,093.577 Group B shares, representing 93.6517% of the total capital of Doğuş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, was completed through a sale and transfer transaction from Doğuş Holding AŞ on March 09, 2023. At this point, we would like to inform the public that a decision has been made to purchase all Group A shares of Doğuş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, representing 0.7845% of the company's capital, with a nominal value of 2,604,451.09 TRY, which carry the privilege of nominating candidates in the board of directors' elections. We would also like to inform the public that the transaction will be carried out on the Borsa Istanbul Wholesale Market, following the approval of our application to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye for the acquisition.
