The announcement is a repetition of our notice dated Nov 21, 2023, confirming the selection of "Doğuş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ" as the relevant company, as requested by the Public Disclosure Platform.

The acquisition of 310,931,093.577 Group B shares, representing 93.6517% of the total capital of Doğuş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, was completed through a sale and transfer transaction from Doğuş Holding AŞ on March 09, 2023. At this point, we would like to inform the public that the transaction regarding the acquisition of all Group A shares of Doğuş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, representing 0.7845% of the company's capital, with a nominal value of 2,604,451.09 TRY, which carry the privilege of nominating candidates in the board of directors elections has been completed.

The acquisition of shares does not give rise to an 'obligation to make a share purchase offer' as it involves an intra-group transfer within the framework of transfer transactions among legal entities acting collectively, as defined in subsection (ç) of section 14 (1) of the Capital Markets Board's Share Purchase Offer Communiqué.
