In recognition of Ms. Adalet Yasemin AKAD's positive contributions to our company, demonstrated through her devoted and disciplined work, strong ethical standards, as well as the necessary professional qualifications, knowledge, experience, and reputation enabling independent decision-making while considering stakeholder rights, and her engagement in the company's affairs to the extent that she can effectively meet the requirements of the responsibilities she undertakes, an application has been submitted to the Capital Markets Board for a 1 (one)-year extension of her term of office as an independent board member.
