The proposal, aiming to allocate the total profit of 11,500,000,000 TRY earned as a result of our Company's activities carried out in 2023, as depicted in the profit distribution table and considering various factors including the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, the CMB legislation, our articles of association, profit distribution policy, long-term strategy, investment and financing policies, profitability, and cash position, with the remaining 9,000,000,000 TRY to be distributed in cash after deducting the 2,500,000,000 TRY dividend advance payment made in 2023, and suggesting to start dividend payments as of April 19, 2024, will be presented for approval at the general assembly.
