In the lawsuit filed by Oğuzhan ÖZÇOBAN, one of our investors who recorded a dissenting opinion at the ordinary general assembly meeting dated March 28, 2023, concerning the shares of Doğuş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (Doğuş REIT, Inc.), which were purchased from Doğuş Holding AŞ (Doğuş Holding, Inc.) by our company, it is requested that the invalidity of our company's Board of Directors' decisions dated March 07, 2023, and August 01, 2023, regarding these purchases be determined. The transactions mentioned in the lawsuit petition were carried out entirely in accordance with the applicable legislation, and our defense regarding the allegations will be made before the court.
