Our company has been informed that the General Assembly resolution of our affiliate, Doğuş Bilgi İşlem ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş., to increase its paid-in capital from 241,881,000 TRY to 272,523,192 TRY through an additional 30,642,192 TRY, has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office.
Our company, holding a 21.756% stake in the affiliate, will maintain this shareholding percentage following the capital increase. Accordingly, our contribution to the increased cash capital, at its nominal value, will amount to 6,666,530 TRY.
