Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. tarafından Şirketimize gönderilen 23.06.2022 tarih ve : E-18454353-100.06-9611 sayılı "Olağandışı fiyat ve miktar hareketi hk" konulu KEP gönderisi gereğince;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-15.1 sayılı "Özel Durumlar Tebliği"ne göre, Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmamış özel bir durumun olup olmadığı hususunda Şirketimiz'den açıklama yapılması talep edilmiştir.

Şirketimiz payları üzerinde gerçekleşen olağandışı fiyat ve miktar hareketlerine ilişkin olarak, Şirketimizin kamuya açıklanmamış özel bir durumu bulunmamaktadır.

Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. In accordance with the KEP post dated 23.06.2022 and numbered: E-18454353-100.06-9611 with the subject of "Abnormal price and quantity movement" sent by our Company to our Company;

According to the "Special Circumstances Communiqué" numbered II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board, our Company has been requested to make an explanation as to whether there is a special situation that has not been disclosed to the public.

There is no special situation of our Company that has not been disclosed to the public regarding the unusual price and quantity movements on our Company's shares.
