A "Long Term Framework Agreement" has been signed between our company and a global commercial vehicle main industry company for product exports, covering the period between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2034. 2024 and 2025 will be used for product and process development, sample manufacturing and testing. As of 2026, it is planned to start the shipment process with pre-series production. Although there is no quantity guarantee in the contract, it is evaluated that it will have a positive impact on our current annual sales turnover by 20% increase according to the base quantity scenario included in the contract as a reference.
