Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun 06.11.2024 tarihli yazısı ile başvurumuzun uygun bulunduğu hususu bugün şirketimize tebliğ edilmiştir. Bundan sonraki süreçte İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğüne izin için başvuruda bulunulacaktır.		It was previously disclosed to the public that an application was made to the Capital Markets Board for permission to amend Article 15 titled "Place of Meeting" of the Articles of Association of our Company as written in the amendment text. With the letter of the Capital Markets Board dated 06.11.2024, it was notified to our company today that our application was approved. In the following process, an application will be made to the General Directorate of Domestic Trade for permission.
