Our Company hereby informs the public about the following matters in relation to the letter delivered by the Investor Compensation Center (YTM) on 03.06.2026.

As is known, payments/returns are being made by the YTM to the rightful owners pursuant to the provisions of the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Payments to be Made by the Investor Compensation Center to Investors upon Partial Annulment of the Fourth Paragraph of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362" dated 07.09.2016 (the Regulation), due to the share certificates and investment fund participation shares whose ownership has been transferred to the Investor Compensation Center (YTM) because they were not dematerialized within the prescribed period.

  1. The deadline for investors who are rightful owners within the scope of the Regulation to apply to the YTM is 6 September 2026 .
  2. This matter will be published on the homepage of our Company's official website at https://www.egeendustri.com.tr under a fixed heading until 1 September 2026, starting from the date of this announcement. Investors are required to submit their applications to the YTM together with the necessary documents by 6 September 2026. Investors who have any doubts regarding the matter are advised to contact the YTM directly.
