Net temettü tutarı hesaplamasında, Gelir Vergisi stopaj oranı %15 olarak dikkate alınmıştır.

Yönetim Kurulumuz'un 22 Mart 2019 tarihli kararı ile Eczacıbaşı Shire Sağlık Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'deki paylarımızın tamamının Baxalta GmbH'a devredilmesi sonucunda oluşan hisse satış karının %75'lik kısmının 5520 sayılı Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu'nun 5'inci maddesinin (1)'inci fıkrasının (e) bendinde belirtilen istisnadan yararlanılması amacıyla özel fon hesabına alınmasına karar verilmiştir. Bu kapsamda; özel fon hesabına aktarılacak olan 38.972.007 TL'lik istisna kazancı, kar dağıtım tablosunda yasal kayıtlara göre hesaplanan dönem karından düşülmüştür.
