We were informed that, during the meeting of the Kartal Municipal Council on 04.02.2021, the 1/1000 scale Implementation Zoning Plan concerning sub-regions also covering the land owned by Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş. (*) , within the boundaries of Kartal district, Istanbul province, has been adopted.

Within scope of the said decision, following completion of Istanbul Municipality's and Kartal Municipality's procedures in order for the 1/1000 scale implementation zoning plan to become final, , a public announcement will be made, after implementation zoning plan approval becomes final, a public announcement will be made.

(*) Our Company does not retain the property of the land located within boundaries of Kartal district, Istanbul province, it is the property of our parent company Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş.. Our company holds a stake of 37.28% at Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş., whereas Eczacıbaşı Yatırım Holding Ortaklığı A.Ş. holds a stake of 11.54% at at Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş.
