Brief of our Company's announcement on 25.07.2018; an agreement is signed with Mesa Mesken Sanayii A.Ş., Nurol İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Tahincioğlu Gayrimenkul İnşaat ve Turizm A.Ş. ("MNT"), on the portion of the real estate in Kartal/İstanbul, owned by Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş, which shall be residantially-zoned, for the purpose of developing residential project based on revenue sharing, provided that all steps including legal processes required for implementation of the project shall be completed.

In accordance with the information notified by Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş. (*) to our Company;
Parties mutually agree to terminate the Agreement as of today (29.04.2021) depending on the fact that the terms ageeed in the Agreement have changed considering the elapsed time since the signing of the Agreement.

(*) The land in Kartal is not owned by us but owned by our main shareholder Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş.. Our company holds a stake of 37.28% at Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş. whereas Eczacıbaşı Yatırım Holding Ortaklığı A.Ş. holds a stake of 11.54%.
