oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Yönetim Kurulumuzun 27.12.2021 tarihli toplantısında; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-19.1 sayılı Kâr Payı Tebliği hükümleri, II.17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği ekinde düzenlenen Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri ve Şirketimizin mevcut uygulamaları dikkate alınarak; Bağış ve Yardım Politikamızın ekteki şekilde güncellenmesine, Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda ve internet sitemizde  yayımlanmasına, 2021 yılı olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin incelemesine sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.		In the Board of Directors' meeting dated 27.12.2021; Considering the provisions of the Communiqué on Dividends No. II-19.1 of the Capital Market Board, the Corporate Governance Principles regulated in the annex of the Communiqué on Corporate Management No. II.17.1 and the current practices of our Company; it has been decided to update our Donation and Aid Policy as attached, to publish it on the Public Disclosure Platform and on our website, to present it to the shareholders for review at the 2021 Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
