In our statement that we made on February 5, 2021, we briefly disclosed that in the meeting of Kartal Municipal Council held on 04.02.2021, the 1/1000 scale of Implementation Zoning Plans concerning sub-regions of the land owned by Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş.(*), in the Kartal district of Istanbul province have been accepted, and that the necessary procedures to be carried out by Istanbul Municipality and Kartal Municipality must be completed for the finalization of the zoning plans by being approved within the scope of the said decision; in the statement that we made on March 17, 2022, in the meeting of the Council of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), the report of Council of IMM Reconstruction and Public Works was accepted; in the statement that we made on July 7, 2022, 1/1000 scale of zoning plans were publicly displayed by the Kartal Municipality for 30 days, , if possible objections are evaluated and finalized at the end of the public display period, a separate public announcement will be made.

The zoning plans were publicly displayed on August 5, 2022, and the zoning commission report regarding the objections to the Implementation Zoning Plan was discussed at the November meeting of the Kartal Municipal Council on 10.11.2022, and a rejection decision was made regarding the objections.

In the following process, the start of the Zoning Implementation of Article 18 of Zoning Law No. 3194 by Kartal Municipality ("Municipality") will be awaited. According to the subdivision plan to be formed as a result of the land arrangement works to be carried out in accordance with the 18th article of the Zoning Law, in order to complete the process of making the parcels where the above-mentioned real estate are located suitable for construction (finalization of the subdivision plan); the subdivision plan to be prepared by the Municipality must be publicly displayed for a period of 1 month, and possible objections must be resolved. The final title deeds can be obtained after the completion of the subdivision plan, its approval by the cadastre directorate, and registration by the land registry directorate.
When the Subdivision Plan is finalized, a separate announcement will be made to the public.
